We would like to share some impressions from the advances of our fully battery electric powered school boat and photovoltaic charging infrastructure project with GivePower in Bahia Malaga, Colombia. Our project will be the first fossil fuel free school boat service in Colombia and will serve the children of Comunidad Negra de la Plata, Bahia Malagá, Valle del Cauca. The photovoltaic charging station is already working and currently is already being used by the Piangueras in the region that work with us and have electrified their activities. The boat is well advanced and we are looking forward to launching it beginning of 2023. 1yRemarkable initiative. It shows that it is possible to advance in the use of clean and renewable energies. We must advance the use of OPS in ports so that ships can turn off their auxiliary engines and reduce their carbon footprint. 😎
