Wow! Over 3.500 visited Hamburg's vibrant business and innovation event CHEFTREFF this week to ‘Learn to be a Brave Leader’. Thank you to everyone getting in touch at our booth!   50 top CEOs, founders & companies were present to share their ideas, network and engage at workshops. KLU brought 50 students, staff and professors to experience the event and share knowledge of their own.   A highlight: KLU's Prof. Prisca Brosi presenting “Listen to your heart?! What's the role of education in addressing contemporary complexities? Immo Schmidt-Jortzig, Jan Ehlers and speciel guest Kathrin Haug discussed this question at KLU's welcome event for our new managing director and Director Executive Education & Business Solutions. Kathrin especially emphasized agility, innovation, and future-proof skills like critical thinking and emotional intelligence. She also highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and forging partnerships between academia and industry for tangible outcomes. With a global perspective, managers and students are better equipped for the interconnected workforce. This event served as a platform to engage both internal and external stakeholders, transforming ideas into action. 🤩 Last week, our ENLOP program (𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀) launched again amidst the typical cold weather of Northern Germany 💨 Fortunately, the wonderful group of 14 participants from the logistics world radiated warmth and high spirits during the two kick-off days of their first module in Hamburg. Professor Dr. Maria Besiou kicked off the first day with an insightful lecture on risk management in the supply chain. On the second day, the group had the great opportunity to attend the 𝟭𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝘂𝗲𝗵𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, themed "𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘐".
