Although there is still some time left before the new academic year starts, we are already getting ready for our next lectures! We are happy to share our knowledge and experience with young people because we believe that they will be able to positively influence the improvement of road safety in Poland and beyond. Our lectures/presentations/expert meetings will be available to the students of: - Rzeszów University of Technology - Warsaw University of Technology - Cracow University of Technology - Gdańsk University of Technology It is worth remembering, however, that programs and curricula at universities in many cases do not keep up with the innovation that production companies are fighting for. Over the summer months, our team has worked tirelessly to 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗲, and 𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗧𝗖𝗜𝗟𝗢. The results are in, and they're nothing short of impressive! 📈 This accomplishment underscores our 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 and unwavering dedication to delivering 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. At the Department of Strategy and Innovation Department Day, SIers voted on (using Slido) which of the Nordic Nine capabilities (https://lnkd.in/ebtF5CPp) colleagues find the easiest to relate to in their teaching activities at Copenhagen Business School. The top-3 were: 1) you are analytical with data and curious about ambiguity; 2) you have deep business knowledge placed in a broad context; and 3) you are critical when thinking and constructive when collaborating. Clearly our department is keen on using and analyzing data, putting a precise understanding of micro-behaviors into the larger context; and in finding the right balance between being critical towards people’s idea and being pro-social at the same time. And even better than this, colleagues are keen on teaching these capabilities to students! A great starting point for a discussion of the Nordic Nine capabilities 😊
