- Essay competition: The Kühne Foundation is running an essay competition for Young Professionals to participate in the UN Global Supply Chain Forum in May 2024 in Bridgetown, Barbados. Details how to participate here.
- Survey: Share your thoughts about the Student Affairs Newsletter in a brief 3-minute survey. Your time and input are highly valued.
- Student Info Point: The Info Point will be closed as of December 23, 2023 and will open again on January 12, 2024. Wishing you a joyful holiday season!
- The Program Management office will be closed from December 22, 2023 until January 3, 2024. We will be back on January 4, 2024.
- Library opening hours over the holidays:
18-22.12: 10 AM - 6 PM (exam week)
27-29.12: campus library is closed, but we can be reached via library@klu.org
02-12.01.: 10 AM - 3 PM
As of 15.01: 10 AM - 6 PM (lecture period) - Join usability study for new library search engine: Participate in our usability study for our new library search system to improve the website service and receive gifts and sweets as a token of gratitude. - External events & projects:
- The program "Europa macht Schule" connects international students with German school classes, allowing them to present their home countries from a personal perspective in a classroom project. This initiative fosters integration while promoting international exchange and mobility among students. If you are interested in getting involved, find more information here.
- Intake 2023: Incomplete registrations for the Senate reception at Hamburger Town Hall without a matriculation number or university email will be deleted. Complete your details within 7 days via the portal or email senatsempfang@bwfgb.hamburg.de to ensure attendance. Haven't registered yet? Don't miss out - register now and be part of the experience.

| | Smartments dorm room available from January to December 2024 | |
|
| From January on, a room in the Smartments dorm will become available. The room is available from January 2024 to December 2024. This offer is only available to KLU degree students.
Location: Borgfelder Allee 10a, 20537 Hamburg (only 15 minutes away from KLU)
Room: small one-person apartment with private bathroom and pantry kitchen
Rent: EUR 795 per month, plus EUR 950 deposit
City Registration possible?: Yes
