The welcome week is just over, and I am still energized by the enthusiasm of our new students. The Student Affairs Newsletter is an excellent tool for staying updated on all things KLU during your studies. Please take some time to browse the events, opportunities, and updates within this Newsletter. It is your go-to resource for upcoming events, important deadlines, and more. The fall semester is a very exciting time to be on campus – I encourage you to get involved, participate, and enjoy everything KLU offers!

Admissions Reminder - Final Check of Original Documents
ADM Reminder
For KLU students who started their first semester in September, please remember to submit your original degree documents or school leaving certificates for a final check to the Office of Admissions at the latest by September 29 (for MBA by October 2).
Office Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Fridays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
Office 03.27 (next to the library)
The Office of Admissions will keep your original documents for a few days, in case you do not want this, please arrange an individual appointment by sending an email to admission@klu.org. Please submit your documents in an envelope indicated with your name and your course of study.

Arriving and living in a new country is very exciting but can also be quite challenging – especially in the beginning. That’s why we warmly invite you to our interactive session about life in Germany combined with lunch on September 25. We’ll talk about such topics as going shopping, garbage separation, transportation, public holidays, visiting a doctor and many more! Feel free to register here.

    Did you know that you can find all books and eBooks that are in your course reading lists in one place? Just try searching for "course literature" in our library search engine and click on the banner to get a result list of this semesters course literature. This also works for other selected keywords, try searching for "theses" for example...
    Coffee Lecture - Journals Q&A
    Coffee lecture
    On Tuesday 26th September our next coffee lecture starts at 12:15 PM in the library. Come grab a coffee for free and learn how to start your research for journals and articles! We're ready to answer all your questions reading our collection. Our coffee lectures happen every second Tuesday and last 10-15 minutes - look out for the next topics!
